In today’s medical climate, physicians often find themselves being investigated for frivolous complaints the state takes seriously.

Recently, I was investigated by the state for a minor incident. The state ruled I had done nothing wrong but decided to pass it along to the medical ethics committee ostensibly for the sake of completeness.

At that point, a family member referred me to attorney Robert Cochran as an ethics violation (if found guilty) is obviously quite serious and could adversely affect my ability to practice medicine.

Attorney Cochran was able to convince the ethics committee I had done nothing wrong. The case was closed in a timely manner and fortunately in my favor.

I heartily recommend attorney Cochran to any physician in need of a defense attorney.
